1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by CNG Studios LLC ("CNG Studios," "we," "us," or "our"), including cngstudios.biz, echopixie.com, and all associated brand websites and SaaS applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

CNG Studios is an independent cross-medium entertainment and technology studio based in Miami, Florida. We operate two divisions:

Entertainment Division: Our brand websites showcase and distribute entertainment content including books, novels, music albums, short films, artwork, and interactive experiences across multiple brands.

My Pixie Suite (SaaS Division): A suite of AI-powered business automation tools including EchoPixie (social media management), HadesPixie (financial tracking), IrisPixie (CRM), AthenaPixie (business intelligence), and other applications. These are web-based platforms that allow businesses to create, schedule, manage, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, track finances, manage customer relationships, and automate business workflows.

CNG Studios operates multiple entertainment brands and SaaS products, each with its own dedicated website. All trademarks, service marks, and brand names (including but not limited to Alix Alora, Helix Enforcers, Neolonia, Radioura, InhumanCorp, My Pixie Suite, EchoPixie, HadesPixie, IrisPixie, AthenaPixie, GaiaPixie, HermesPixie, CalliPixie, and SirenPixie) are the property of CNG Studios LLC.

3. Account Registration

To use our SaaS applications, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through our Services. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

License to Us: By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services — including publishing content to your connected social media platforms.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through the Services. You agree not to use the Services to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or in violation of any applicable platform's terms of service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our SaaS applications include AI-powered features that generate content suggestions, captions, and briefs. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. We are not liable for AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

AI Infrastructure: All AI processing is performed on private, self-hosted servers owned and operated by CNG Studios. No user data or content is sent to any third-party AI service or external AI API. Your content, social media data, and platform credentials are never used to train AI models. AI features operate only on user-provided brand settings and instructions that you compose within the Services.

When publishing to platforms that require AI content disclosure (such as TikTok), our applications include built-in compliance tools. You are responsible for ensuring proper disclosures are enabled.

6. Connected Platforms and Data Use

Our SaaS applications connect to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs using OAuth authentication. By connecting a platform, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes our access.

Limited Use of Platform Data: Data obtained from connected platform APIs (including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Threads) is used exclusively to provide the publishing and management features of the Services. This data is never transferred to third-party AI services, never used for advertising purposes, and never used to train generalized AI models. Our use of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or terms of service that may affect the Services' functionality.

7. Subscription Plans and Payment

Our SaaS applications offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

8. Free Plan Limitations

Free plans are subject to usage limits including the number of brands, platforms, and posts per month. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available through CNG Studios websites is the exclusive property of CNG Studios LLC or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. This includes all written works, music, artwork, software, brand names, logos, and website designs. Unauthorized use of any CNG Studios intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. User Conduct

When using our websites and Services, you agree not to:

Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts
Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
Use the Services to automate interactions that violate connected platforms' terms of service
Resell or sublicense access to the Services without our written permission
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content or data without our prior written consent
Impersonate CNG Studios, its brands, or its representatives

11. Third-Party Links

Our websites contain links to third-party platforms and services, including streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music), social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Bluesky), and retail platforms (Amazon, KDP). CNG Studios is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party websites or platforms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Services or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our websites and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all social media posts will be published successfully.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CNG Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the Services or by contacting us. We are committed to zero data lock-in — your content belongs to you.

16. Newsletter & Communications

We may offer email newsletter subscriptions through our self-hosted mailing system. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us directly. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties.

17. Age-Restricted Content

Certain CNG Studios brands produce content intended for mature audiences. Specifically, Alix Alora publishes dark romantasy novels rated 18+ that contain mature themes. Age-restricted content is clearly labeled. By accessing such content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
