1. Who We Are
CNG Studios LLC ("CNG Studios," "we," "our," or "us") is an independent entertainment and technology studio based in Miami, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our websites (cngstudios.biz, echopixie.com, and affiliated brand sites) and our SaaS business automation platforms collectively known as My Pixie Suite (the "Services").

2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account for our SaaS applications, we collect your name, email address, and password. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Social Media Tokens: When you connect social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Threads, etc.), we receive OAuth access tokens from those platforms. We never receive or store your social media passwords.
Content Data: We store the posts, captions, images, videos, and scheduling information you create through the Services. This data is used solely to provide the Services to you.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Services, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through our self-hosted Listmonk instance. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Contact & Chatbot: We collect information you voluntarily provide through contact forms and chatbot interactions (name, email, message content).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Publish content to your connected social media platforms on your behalf
- Generate AI-powered content suggestions based on your brand settings (see Section 4 for details)
- Send you service-related notifications and updates
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Services
4. AI Features and Data Isolation
Self-Hosted AI Models: CNG Studios uses self-hosted open-source AI models to power content suggestions, analytics, and automation features across our SaaS applications. These models are hosted on CNG Studios' own private infrastructure — dedicated physical servers on our private network. The AI models are not hosted by any cloud provider or third-party service. No user data, content, or platform data is ever sent to any third-party AI service, external AI provider, or cloud-based AI API. All AI inference occurs entirely within our private network.
Data Isolation Guarantee: Data obtained from connected social media platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) through their official APIs is stored exclusively in our own databases on our own servers. This platform data is never transmitted to, processed by, or shared with any third-party AI service and is never used to train any AI models. AI content suggestions are generated using only user-provided brand settings and user-composed instructions. Google User Data is never shared with any third-party AI services and is processed entirely within our private network.
Google API Services Compliance: Our use of Google API data (including YouTube Data API) complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used exclusively to provide the Services (publishing content to YouTube on your behalf) and is never used for AI model training, advertising, or any purpose other than operating the Services as described in these policies.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Social Media Platforms: We transmit your content to the platforms you've connected, using their official APIs, for the sole purpose of publishing on your behalf.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request.
- Business Transfer: If CNG Studios is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share your data with any third-party AI services. All AI processing is performed on our own infrastructure.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers managed by CNG Studios on our self-hosted infrastructure in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, encrypted OAuth tokens, and access controls. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Object to processing of your data
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time

9. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Threads, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies. We also use Cloudflare for DNS and security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. Note that some CNG Studios brands (specifically Alix Alora) contain adult content (18+) and are strictly for adult audiences.
11. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
